1. Memberships & Payments

We offer trial passes and various membership options (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).

All memberships are personal and non-transferable.

Memberships automatically renew via Stripe unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal date.

Membership validity can be paused (“frozen”), but the total membership cannot be extended by more than 30% of its original duration.

Example: A 12-month membership can be extended up to a maximum of 15.6 months (12 months + 30%).

Freeze requests must be made in advance and approved by management.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are strictly non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Serious medical condition with a valid medical certificate.
  • Permanent relocation outside Sharjah with proof of relocation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

No refunds will be given for unused time, missed sessions, or change of mind.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By joining, you confirm you are medically fit to exercise.

You agree to participate in fitness activities at your own risk.

FUSION FIT LADIES FITNESS CENTER L.L.C is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or health issue arising from the use of our facilities or participation in activities.

You release the gym, its staff, and trainers from all liability.

4. Code of Conduct

This is a ladies-only gym. Male entry is strictly prohibited.

Respectful behavior is required at all times. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive conduct will result in termination without refund.

Proper workout attire and hygiene are mandatory.

Outside personal trainers are not permitted unless approved by management.

5. Facilities & Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for member use but are provided at your own risk.

Do not leave valuables in lockers. The gym is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.

Guests are not permitted except for official trial sessions or events.

Members are responsible for using equipment safely and respectfully.

6. Suspension & Termination

Memberships may be paused within the freeze policy stated above.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Non-payment.
  • Misconduct or behavior that disrupts the gym environment.

Terminated memberships are not eligible for refunds.

7. Minors

Members under 18 are welcome but must provide signed parental/guardian consent.

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors using the gym.

8. Media & Marketing Consent

By joining, you automatically consent to being included in group photos/videos taken at the gym for marketing purposes.

Members who do not wish to appear in media must notify management in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the Sharjah courts.
