Memberships &amp; Payments<\/h4>\n<p>We offer trial passes and various membership options (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>All memberships are personal and non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p>Memberships automatically renew via Stripe unless cancelled at least <strong>7 days before renewal date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Membership validity can be paused (\u201cfrozen\u201d), but the total membership cannot be extended by more than <strong>30%<\/strong> of its original duration.<\/p>\n<p><em>Example:<\/em> A 12-month membership can be extended up to a maximum of 15.6 months (12 months + 30%).<\/p>\n<p>Freeze requests must be made in advance and approved by management.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">2. Refunds &amp; Cancellations<\/h4>\n<p>Membership fees are strictly non-refundable except in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 8px 18px\">\n<li>Serious medical condition with a valid medical certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Permanent relocation outside Sharjah with proof of relocation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof.<\/p>\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed within <strong>14 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>No refunds will be given for unused time, missed sessions, or change of mind.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">3. Health &amp; Safety Disclaimer<\/h4>\n<p>By joining, you confirm you are medically fit to exercise.<\/p>\n<p>You agree to participate in fitness activities at your own risk.<\/p>\n<p>FUSION FIT LADIES FITNESS CENTER L.L.C is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or health issue arising from the use of our facilities or participation in activities.<\/p>\n<p>You release the gym, its staff, and trainers from all liability.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">4. Code of Conduct<\/h4>\n<p>This is a ladies-only gym. Male entry is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>Respectful behavior is required at all times. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive conduct will result in termination without refund.<\/p>\n<p>Proper workout attire and hygiene are mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>Outside personal trainers are not permitted unless approved by management.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">5. Facilities &amp; Personal Belongings<\/h4>\n<p>Lockers are available for member use but are provided at your own risk.<\/p>\n<p>Do not leave valuables in lockers. The gym is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings.<\/p>\n<p>Guests are not permitted except for official trial sessions or events.<\/p>\n<p>Members are responsible for using equipment safely and respectfully.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">6. Suspension &amp; Termination<\/h4>\n<p>Memberships may be paused within the freeze policy stated above.<\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships immediately for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 0 0 8px 18px\">\n<li>Violation of these Terms.<\/li>\n<li>Non-payment.<\/li>\n<li>Misconduct or behavior that disrupts the gym environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Terminated memberships are not eligible for refunds.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">7. Minors<\/h4>\n<p>Members under 18 are welcome but must provide signed parental\/guardian consent.<\/p>\n<p>Parents\/guardians assume full responsibility for minors using the gym.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">8. Media &amp; Marketing Consent<\/h4>\n<p>By joining, you automatically consent to being included in group photos\/videos taken at the gym for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Members who do not wish to appear in media must notify management in writing.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 12px 0 6px\">9.
